Allred Raises Over $2 Million in 36 Hours, Surpasses Cycle Record for 2024

Allred raises more in one day than Cruz raised in entire first FEC quarter

DALLAS – Today, the Colin Allred for Senate campaign announced they raised $2 million since Congressman Colin Allred (TX-32) publicly announced his campaign yesterday morning. Allred cleared the previous record of $1.6 million for the first day of Senate campaign fundraising this cycle. Notably, more than the $1.26 million that Ted Cruz raised in the first 3 months of this year. In less than 36 hours, Allred raised over $2 million from more than 34,500 contributions.

“Texans cannot afford six more years of Ted Cruz in the Senate and we are amazed at the outpouring of support for Colin Allred’s campaign to represent all Texans,” said Colin Allred for Senate Campaign Manager Paige Hutchinson. “Our campaign will always be about bringing people together, and we are confident we are going to have the resources to win.”
