Allred Launches New Spanish Ad “A la Banca Ted Cruz” on Cruz’s Failure to Serve Texas Because He Only Cares About Himself
DALLAS – Today, Congressman Colin Allred released a new Spanish-language ad “A la Banca Ted Cruz.” The ad highlights Allred’s background earning a scholarship to play football at Baylor, where he was captain of the football team before playing in the NFL, becoming a voting rights attorney and serving in Congress.
In the ad, Allred holds Cruz accountable for his failure to secure the border and his decades-long effort to raise the retirement age for Texans on Social Security and Medicare. The ad will begin airing in the Houston, Dallas, San Antonio and Harlingen-Brownsville-McAllen TV markets starting Friday, September 27th.
